The 20-story tower features a hybrid steel-concrete frame, expansive column-free spaces, and integrated escalators for seamless movement. Its striking form and efficient facade reflect corporate identity and sustainability, culminating in a sky-high auditorium that inspires collaboration and global ambition. Designed to foster creativity and productivity, this landmark embodies upward growth, technological leadership, and responsible urban presence in Hatirjheel.
